News reports out of England say that the Queen’s son Prince Andrew is to be subpoenaed for his testimony in five separate US court cases involving victims of the late child-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
Not even two weeks ago, the prince pulled a PR stunt in the form of a TV interview in an attempt to clear his name of any wrongdoing after being publicly accused by Virginia Robert’s Giuffre—a former teenage sex-slave of Epstein’s—of having sexual intercourse with her multiple times when she was 17.
That interview turned out to be nothing but a disaster. Nobody, it seems, is buying the strange and weak excuses the prince put forward. Andrew’s PR manager quit in protest of him even considering doing the interview, which he knew would do nothing to help. He was right.
Following the trainwreck interview, the Queen, at the insistence of Andrew’s brother Prince Charles, cut her once ‘favorite son’ off from his royal duties, even though officially Buckingham Palace ’emphatically’ denies Giuffre’s allegations.
Although a picture has been released of a teen Giuffre and Prince Andrew arm-in-arm—concluded by multiple experts to be genuine—the prince denies having ever met her, saying the picture is a photograph of a photograph of a photograph, with no timestamp.
In fact, though Andrew frequented and stayed at Epstein’s many properties numerous times over the years, he unbelievably denies knowing anything about the massive child-trafficking operations that Epstein and his ‘madam’—Andrew’s close friend for decades Ghislaine Maxwell—were running out of each property.
Guiffre said in a recent interview that Andrew’s excuses were ‘bs’, and stated the photo in question is definitely genuine. The original, she says, is in the possession of the FBI, with a timestamp.
She said the date on the back of the photo is 13 March 2001 – two days after she left London on [a] trip with Epstein and Ms Maxwell. Panorama also spoke to the freelance photographer Michael Thomas who first copied the picture in 2011.
He is convinced the picture is genuine because he found it in the middle of a bundle of photos that Ms Giuffre handed him from her travels with Epstein and Ms Maxwell.
He said: ‘It was nothing sophisticated. These were 5×7 photos that looked like they had come from Boots the chemist. They were typical teenage snaps.’–BBC News, 12/02/19.
Moreover, redacted court documents show Giuffre did in fact give the FBI 20 photos, but the FEDS decided to only show 19 in the released versions, effectively covering up for the UK prince.
David Boies, the lawyer for five of Epstein’s former child sex-slaves, told reporters, ‘one of the things that we have tried is to interview Prince Andrew and to try to get what his explanation is. He was a frequent visitor. They ought to submit to an interview. They ought to talk about it.’
He says out of the five cases he’s representing, he is going to subpoena Andrew for each one based on the knowledge the prince likely has on Epstein and Maxwell’s deplorable operation.
The subpoenas – court summonses to give testimony – have been prepared for all five cases and would have to be signed off by a judge once the prince was on US soil…
The existence of subpoenas – court-backed demands for sworn testimony – makes any visit to the US by the prince vanishingly unlikely. It’s pretty extraordinary: the Queen’s second son is now effectively unable to travel to the US, unless he fancies being forced to give a deposition.-BBC
Even after allegations were made public in 2009 through court documents of Maxwell’s role in Epstein’s operation—thought to be an intelligence blackmail operation against rich and powerful elites such as Bill Clinton—Prince Andrew continued a relationship with both Maxwell and Epstein.
In 2015, when Giuffre went public with her allegations, Prince Andrew emailed Maxwell on how to handle the situation.
In the email the prince told Ms Maxwell: “Let me know when we can talk. Got some specific questions to ask you about Virginia Roberts.”
She replied: “Have some info. Call me when you have a moment.”
Recent reports say even to this day, Maxwell, who is in hiding, and the prince are still in ‘constant contact.’
[A] source told the Sun: ‘They have remained constantly in touch by phone and email. The Duke has an unswerving loyalty to Ghislaine and she is also very loyal to him.
‘Ghislaine will do anything to protect the Duke and the feeling is mutual. They both share the same view they have done nothing wrong.’DailyMail UK, 12/01/19.
